Set of 6 dining chairs mod. 1934 765 by Franco Scarpa for Bernini 1977.
765 was designed by Carlo Scarpa in 1934, the year from which it will later take its name,
but it will only be produced in 1977.
The author makes the chair for his home in Venice.
The structure is in walnut.
The joints required by Scarpa as invisible as possible required a lot of work,
especially for the backrest.
The seat is softened by a leather cushion, glued to an arched seat for greater comfort.
Chairs in fair condition, one seat has a burn on the leather, wooden parts with normal signs of aging,
a few pieces of blown veneer.
